Terms of Use
By purchasing from DoorPay BD, you agree to the following terms:
- Order Confirmation: Placing an order does not guarantee delivery. We confirm orders after verifying stock and customer details via phone.
- Delivery Time: Usually 2-4 days inside Dhaka and 3-7 days outside Dhaka. Delays may occur due to courier issues or emergencies.
- Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, you must pay the due amount to the delivery rider before opening the package (unless allowed otherwise by the courier).
- Stock Availability: If a product goes out of stock after you order, we will inform you and offer a refund or alternative.
ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলী (Bangla)
DoorPay BD থেকে পণ্য ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে নিচের শর্তগুলো প্রযোজ্য হবে:
- অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ: অর্ডার প্লেস করলেই ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত নয়। আমাদের প্রতিনিধি ফোনে কথা বলে স্টক এবং ঠিকানা যাচাই করার পর অর্ডার কনফার্ম করবেন।
- ডেলিভারি সময়: সাধারণত ঢাকার ভেতরে ২-৪ দিন এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ৩-৭ দিন সময় লাগে। কুরিয়ার সমস্যা বা প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগে সময় বেশি লাগতে পারে।
- পণ্যের মূল্য: বাজারের পরিস্থিতির ওপর ভিত্তি করে যেকোনো সময় পণ্যের দাম পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
- ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি: কুরিয়ার নিয়ম অনুযায়ী, পার্সেল খোলার আগে ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে সম্পূর্ণ টাকা পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
- স্টক প্রাপ্যতা: অর্ডার করার পর যদি পণ্য স্টকে না থাকে, তবে আমরা আপনাকে জানিয়ে রিফান্ড বা বিকল্প পণ্যের প্রস্তাব দেব।
